“Both fixtures were adjusted in height so that the center plant in the 4’x4’ space would receive 900-920 PAR. Both fixtures are within 25 PAR of each other on the center plant only. The RPD fixtures projects higher PAR values on the surrounding 8 plants as well as on the bottom of the stalks underneath the bush. What I noticed is the flowers under the RPD-8 fixture appear to be tighter (more weight). I had asked the trimmers if they observed anything different between the two trays and they said it appeared almost identical except for the tighter/denser lower flowers under the RPD-8.”
